Blendi (Brookline, MA) builds BLENDi blenders that invite users to try
more kinds of blending with more kinds of food because they’re built to
handle it all. They can transform ice cubes into crushed ice, smooth the
grity litle seeds that raspberries and blackberries bear and make baby
food, salsa, salad dressing, frozen cocktails or mocktails, frozen coffee,
smoothies, shakes and more. Users can work with vegetables, with fresh,
dried or frozen fruits (cut into sensible sizes), peppers, many kinds of
liquid ingredients (water, milk, oil, vinegar, fruit juices and more), yogurt,
