Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days after processing.

For digital products such as our recipe e-books, you will receive a download link via email. If purchased alone, digital products are delivered within 1–2 days. If purchased with a BLENDi product, digital items will arrive by the time your BLENDi is delivered.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier scans the package.

If the BLENDi is defective, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase for orders placed through our website. We also offer replacement units within that 60-day period.

Please note: warranty coverage does not include products that are functioning properly. We do not offer returns for BLENDi units that are in perfect working condition.

Purchased on Third Party.

We do not offer any refund through our website if you purchased on a third party website. You will have to contact the site that you got it from.
