Refund & Return Policy

Before starting a return, please review the following resources:

Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return must be pre-approved by emailing info@blendiblender.com
  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products that are not defective
  • Items missing parts or packaging
  • Final sale items (50%+ off), pre-orders, and show specials
  • Items purchased through Amazon, Walmart, Faire, or other third-party platforms

Return Types and Conditions

1. Product Arrived Damaged or Defective

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We may first offer a free replacement part to resolve the issue. If unresolved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund or replacement after inspection.

2. Wrong Product Received

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

3. Product Malfunction (Within 60 Days of Use)

If your product stops working under normal use, we’ll first try to resolve it with a replacement part. If that doesn’t work, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a refund or replacement after inspection.

4. Lost or Missing Items in Transit

Must be reported within 15 days of marked delivery. If confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

5. Changed Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • We do not provide a return label
  • If your order included free shipping, we may deduct our original shipping cost from your refund
  • Returned item must be unused and pass inspection

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Place a new order separately

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through Amazon, Walmart, Faire, or another third-party site, please contact them directly. We cannot process returns for those orders.

Abuse and Fraud Policy

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Used items returned as "new"
  • Missing parts or original packaging
  • Excessive return history
  • Lack of valid proof of purchase
  • Items not returned after a refund has been issued
