Tabata Details:
TABATA 1: 20 sec on/10 off 2 rounds total
⭐️ Jumping Jacks
⭐️ Butt Kicks
⭐️ Jump Squats
⭐️ Mountain climbers
TABATA 2: 20 sec on/10 off 4 rounds!
⭐️ Burpees
⭐️ Jump lunges
