Simple Time Effective Go To BLENDi Post Workout Drink

Just Finished Up a workout and need a quick post workout recovery protein shake. @princessnina recommends you try her post ab workout recovery drink

Throw in 

- One scoop of chocolate protein
- A splash of almond milk - rest with coffee

Hold the BLENDi button down for 5 seconds and enjoy your freshly blended shake. You can also add in ice to the mix to froth it up a little. The BLENDi will crush the ice in 10 seconds.
