I need a refund of my Blendi. I have pictures of the damaged part. I only used this once, leaked out of the broken area. This product isn't usable to me.
The size is great, making it perfect for travel.

Purchased the Blendi for our Granddaughter. She loves it!
Was looking for something to make protein shakes for my son in the morning. This fit the bill. My only complaint is the pieces don't screw on together smoothly. I think that could be improved, but overall it has made our mornings (and his shakes) much better!
Practical, easy to use it and a person can take to any place.

After trying another brand of blender for individual use, we stumbled upon Blendi and we have thoroughly enjoyed this powerful little blender. Perfect size for a smoothie. Cleanup is easy and simple. Would definitely recommend Blendi!
I ordered the wrong size and the company rep gave me attitude instead of handling it properly and letting me exchange it.
To clarify for future purchasers, the product title specifies that this is a 17oz item to help ensure our customers receive the size they need. In this case, we promptly offered to facilitate an exchange to resolve the issue, and customer was unwilling

I needed a replacement part because it was missing from the box. I contacted customer service. In less than 24 hours, my replacement part was mailed to me. The Blendi is a great blender that I use daily. The quality and customer service are fantastic. I'll have to get more Blendi blenders because my family keeps using mine.

I received my Blendi as a gift when I was on vacation. I did not try it out for over a month because I was not at home. I could not get it to charge. After a few more weeks I contacted the company and they said I could order one replacement part for no cost. I had to email them and explain what I thought might be wrong (I didn't know what part to order). I thought maybe it might be the cord connection. Customer service suggested it was probably the base unit, so I ordered that. It took about another month to get that, but the blendi still did not work. So I ordered the a new cord which I had to pay for. This also took several weeks to come. My unit is working now, but going through all of this was not worth it I suggest buying it in a store where you can return it immediately if it does not work.
I absolutely love my BLENDi. It blends everything so well. I love that I can take it anywhere
Been using our blender for over a week now. Smooth blending and easy cleaning. Charge has held very well and teenagers really like it as well.
I use my Blendi every morning for breakfast and have used it numerous times for sauces and dressings. It's amazing!!!

I got a Blendi X and after using it for some time, the base was not working. I contacted the customer service and after troubleshooting, the base was still not working and was given a replacement base free of charge. Thank you Jon from Blendi :)
I originally got this as a Christmas gift and thought it was pretty cool and then I used it for morning smoothie routine and it is now a family staple in my house. We all love the blendi and use it for numerous things
