I have perfected 3 smoothie recipes that take me less than 5 minutes to prep and blend.

My 3 Healthy Fruit Smoothie Recipes

1. The Classic Banana Boost This is my go-to when I need quick energy that lasts through a long lecture. The BLENDi's motor makes it incredibly creamy.

  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk

  • Optional: Fresh ginger or almond butter for healthy fats.
