Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from our fulfillment center. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, and most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days after processing.

For digital products such as our recipe e-books, you will receive a download link via email. If purchased alone, digital products are delivered within 1–2 days. If purchased with a BLENDi product, digital items will arrive by the time your BLENDi is delivered.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier scans the package. If you have questions about tracking, please contact support@blendiblender.com.

If the BLENDi is defective, we offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase for orders placed through our website. We also offer replacement units within that 60-day period.

Please note: Warranty coverage does not include products that are functioning properly. We do not offer returns for BLENDi units that are in perfect working condition.

Purchased on Third Party

We do not offer any refund through our website if you purchased your BLENDi on a third-party website. You will need to contact the site you bought it from directly.

Return Eligibility

• Unused, unopened BLENDi products in original packaging may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the product price.
• Used BLENDi units are not eligible for return unless they are defective or not working as intended.
• To be considered defective, the product must have a functional issue that prevents normal operation when used according to our How To Use Guide and FAQ.
• Items purchased at a trade show or other in-person event are not eligible for return or refund, as pricing at these events is exclusive.
• Any item sold at a discount of 50% or more is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return or refund, as it was sold at a steep discount.

Defective Products

• If your BLENDi is defective within 60 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the unit at our discretion once the product is returned and inspected.
• If the returned product is confirmed to be defective or not working properly, we will refund the product price and the original shipping cost you paid (if any).
• If the returned product is found to be in normal working condition, it will be treated as a non-eligible return and handled under the “Non-Defective Returns” policy below.

Non-Defective Returns

• If a BLENDi unit is returned and determined to be in proper working condition, no refund will be issued for any shipping costs originally paid.
• In these cases, only eligible, unused items in resellable condition may receive a refund of the product price, less any shipping fees.
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear but are functioning properly are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse for all returns, whether the item is defective or not.
• If the product is confirmed defective/not working, we will refund the product price plus any original shipping cost you paid, but we will not reimburse the cost you paid to ship the product back to us.
• If the product is returned and found to be in working condition, we will not refund any original shipping charges, and you remain responsible for all return shipping costs.
