I received my blender (lavender color) and its compact with some power. I was able to use it a few times already for my morning shakes. I had to use crushed ice overall rather than big cubes but the blades worked rather well in general. I had mixed fruit and powder and it worked well in blending all ingredients. The charging aspect is nice and not always something to do each use, so power holding well.
I use mine everywhere and all the time. Since I bought it, it has made my routine much easier. It's even helping my health a lot.

Smaller blades often do not grind up frozen fruit or ice - leave chunks at the bottom.
Straw doesn’t reach to bottom and possibly could be larger diameter for smoothies
After one month, the unit randomly does not start despite battery being fully charged. Is it possible to run the unit with the battery still plugged in to AC?
It seems I only get about 3 blending sessions before I have to recharge the battery.
Otherwise, nice design, but the head unit may still need some design upgrades.
(Note that I am a retired 15-year veteran designer/engineer from Apple, so I can get a little picky).
Great blender. Very convenient having it all in one and very easy to use. Great customer service!! Had a problem with one of the parts when I first got it, called customer service, they resolved it almost immediately.

my Blendi gives me an error message
and it doesn’t charge.
Got nothing in instructions about any errors. Getting cg, the lg er. Have no idea what it is. Can’t find anything on web site. Thank you. Only blended for about 3 seconds then shut off.
