I ordered the wrong size and the company rep gave me attitude instead of handling it properly and letting me exchange it.
To clarify for future purchasers, the product title specifies that this is a 17oz item to help ensure our customers receive the size they need. In this case, we promptly offered to facilitate an exchange to resolve the issue, and customer was unwilling

I needed a replacement part because it was missing from the box. I contacted customer service. In less than 24 hours, my replacement part was mailed to me. The Blendi is a great blender that I use daily. The quality and customer service are fantastic. I'll have to get more Blendi blenders because my family keeps using mine.

Got nothing in instructions about any errors. Getting cg, the lg er. Have no idea what it is. Can’t find anything on web site. Thank you. Only blended for about 3 seconds then shut off.
