HIIT workouts allow you to gain health benefits without needing to go to the gym! These exercises involve no equipment and are easy to do wherever you please! Do each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. 

30 Seconds Burpees:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Squat:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Plank:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Push Up:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Jumping Jack:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Lunge:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Russian Twist:

10 second rest

30 Seconds Jump Rope:

10 second rest
