I needed a replacement part because it was missing from the box. I contacted customer service. In less than 24 hours, my replacement part was mailed to me. The Blendi is a great blender that I use daily. The quality and customer service are fantastic. I'll have to get more Blendi blenders because my family keeps using mine.
I received my Blendi as a gift when I was on vacation. I did not try it out for over a month because I was not at home. I could not get it to charge. After a few more weeks I contacted the company and they said I could order one replacement part for no cost. I had to email them and explain what I thought might be wrong (I didn't know what part to order). I thought maybe it might be the cord connection. Customer service suggested it was probably the base unit, so I ordered that. It took about another month to get that, but the blendi still did not work. So I ordered the a new cord which I had to pay for. This also took several weeks to come. My unit is working now, but going through all of this was not worth it I suggest buying it in a store where you can return it immediately if it does not work.
I absolutely love my BLENDi. It blends everything so well. I love that I can take it anywhere
Been using our blender for over a week now. Smooth blending and easy cleaning. Charge has held very well and teenagers really like it as well.
I use my Blendi every morning for breakfast and have used it numerous times for sauces and dressings. It's amazing!!!
I got a Blendi X and after using it for some time, the base was not working. I contacted the customer service and after troubleshooting, the base was still not working and was given a replacement base free of charge. Thank you Jon from Blendi :)
I originally got this as a Christmas gift and thought it was pretty cool and then I used it for morning smoothie routine and it is now a family staple in my house. We all love the blendi and use it for numerous things
I was offered a free replacement base for the Blending I just purchased. For almost $9 of shipping I received a base without a cord. Don’t know why I need it and if I need to discard the original. If there was an issue why won’t it be free shipping? Maybe it’s just me!
I had an issue with the BLENDi cup cracking and received a replacement. It now works as designed.

I ordered and paid for my BLENDi on September 19th. Haven’t received anything yet. Tracking says USPS is still awaiting my items 🫨
This is such a great little blender. Easy to clean. I’m not making very healthy shakes but I’m liking it!
Less focus on the “Mug Shot” and more focus on shipping updates.
I am very happy with my dealings with Blendi. I love the blender and the service Jon provided was excellent. I had broken a part of the top unit and he provided lots of personal help to get me back in operation. A good experience.
It's a portable blender that you can take with you on the go. It's a great addition to our kitchen.
