Fruit smoothies for weight loss:

PB Banana Smoothie

1 cup of Almond Milk

1 Whole Banana

1 Scoop of Peanut Butter

4 Ice Cubes

Optional: Drizzle of Honey


This delicious Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is a great for weight loss. We recommend using all organic peanut butter as you can keep unnecessary oils and other ingredients out of your smoothie. This smoothie is high in protein and will keep you full for a while. Bananas are known to satiate hunger and are good for digestion. No need to worry about being hungry and cheating on your diet!


Smoothies with kale for weight loss:

1 cup of water

1 cup of Kale

½ cup of Pineapples

⅓  of a Banana

1 scoop of NonFat Greek Yogurt

Optional: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds


This smoothie is a great way to introduce yourself to kale. Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamin K, and is a good source of vitamin C and iron. Many people complain that kale does not taste good, but we disagree! The flavor of the pineapples, banana, and greek yogurt add to the smoothie and completely disguises the kale taste. You’ll only know that kale is in the smoothie because it’s green!


Morning smoothies for weight loss:

1 cup of fresh orange juice

½ cup of kale

½ cup of mangos

2 tablespoons of ginger puree


This smoothie is the perfect drink to wake you up in the morning. The citrus flavor of the orange juice combined with the ginger will make your eyes pop! Not to mention that it’s super refreshing. There are many health benefits to eating ginger which include weight loss, calms nausea, and lowers blood sugar.
