Ever since I got my BLENDi, I have been able to experiment making smoothies anytime, anywhere I wanted! These three recipes are perfect if you are trying to lose weight because they are low in carbohydrates and are perfect for a healthy snack during the day! Not only are these smoothies filling, but they taste spectacular!
Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sugar free condensed milk
- 2 cups ice crushed
Low Carb Peanut Butter Smoothies
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Low Carb Berry Smoothies
- ½ cup of coconut milk
- 1/3 cups on sweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 2/3 cup strawberries
- 2/3 cup blackberries
Optional: As always you can add protein powder, collagen powder, etc.
Combine all ingredients into your BLENDi and enjoy!
